Integration Manager
Set equipment, piping, and electrical into the module and close it in. The job ends when the in-plant test can be run, not when the last panel is on.
The Work
- Install equipment, piping, electrical, and controls into the module from the released model.
- Sequence the work so hold points happen before anything is closed.
- Send a mismatch back to engineering. Do not correct the design at the tool.
- Make the module ready for in-plant test with the third-party inspector.
- Hand shipping a unit that quality has released, with the work actually finished.
You Have Done This
- You have integrated equipment into modular buildings, e-houses, skids, or data center modules.
- You have run piping and electrical in the same unit.
- You know what an inspector has to see before a wall or a skid is closed.
- You have finished a module through test, not only through assembly.
