People Who Have Already Done the Work.

We are building the company people leave the standard shops to join. Open a role for the work, then apply.

Break Free of the Standard Company.

Most shops ask good people to tolerate a late date, a thin crew, and benefits that show up after the company “gets there.” We are not waiting. The people, the pay, and the way the work is run are the company.

  • The People

You work next to people who have already done this. Not a crew learning your job on the customer’s project.

  • The Benefits

Pay, health, and time off are part of the job, not a favor you negotiate later. A standard shop treats them as optional. We do not.

  • The Work

Steel buildings, prefab modules, skids, and data center equipment. You can stand next to what you shipped.

  • Small on Purpose

The person in the seat is the person. There is no department to hide in, and no layer between you and the module.

  • 100% On-time

We keep the date we give. A late module does not count. That standard protects the people building it, not only the customer.

  • A Place You Stay

Safe work. A released package. No second design invented on the floor. The kind of shop people tell their friends about.

Shop

Steel Fabrication Manager

Run fit-up, weld, and assembly for steel buildings, interlocking-panel modules, and skids. The released model is the work. The ship date is the work.

Apply

Blast and Paint Manager

Own blast, surface prep, coating, and cure. The coating is part of the module, not a step that happens if the week has room.

Apply

Integration Manager

Set equipment, piping, and electrical into the module and close it in. The job ends when the in-plant test can be run, not when the last panel is on.

Apply

Engineering

Structural Engineer

Model the structure in Revit. LOD 300 goes to state plan review. LOD 400 is what the bay builds.

Apply

Mechanical Engineer

Model HVAC, hydronics, process piping, and plumbing in the same Revit model as the structure. Cooling skids and building mechanical are both in the work.

Apply

Electrical Engineer

Model power, lighting, grounding, and equipment wiring in Revit. Know when the path is a state modular program, a UL listing, or both.

Apply

Detailer

Turn the engineered model into LOD 400 work instructions the bay can build. The engineers own the design. You make it buildable.

Apply

Project Manager

One owner from the model through state review, fabrication, and shipment. The date does not slip because nobody was watching it.

Apply

Estimator

Turn a scope into a price and a duration the shop can keep. 100% on time starts at the bid, not at the truck.

Apply

Quality

Quality Manager

Own the QMS, the third-party inspectors, and the state modular programs. Nothing is released to production or to the truck without this desk.

Apply

Certified Welding Inspector

Qualify the welders, inspect to the WPS, and hold the weld before it is covered or coated. The schedule does not accept a bad weld.

Apply

Office

Accountant

The only accounting seat. You keep the books, the job cost, and the payroll for a small manufacturer. There is no department behind you.

Apply

HR Generalist

The HR person for a small company. Hiring, the records, and the people questions. You are not a second production manager, and there is no HR department behind you.
