Structural Engineer

Model the structure in Revit. LOD 300 goes to state plan review. LOD 400 is what the bay builds.

The Work

Model the structural frame, connections, lifts, and openings in Revit.
Produce the LOD 300 package for the state modular plan review.
Carry the loads for the state the module is going to, including that state’s amendments.
Support the detailer so LOD 400 work instructions match the approved design.
Answer review comments in the model. A side sketch is not a revision.
Design what this shop can fabricate.

You Have Done This

You have engineered modular steel buildings, skids, or prefabricated structures.
You work in Revit.
You have taken a structural package through a state modular program or a comparable plan review.
You have had your design built, and you changed the model when the shop could not build it.
